医学影像中英文报告模板3-DR关于密度及程度各种描述性词语（dr相对密度）

今天讲述肺炎模板和关于密度及程度的描述性词语。

胸廓对称，纵膈、气管居中，双肺肺野清晰，肺纹理走行自然，右肺下叶见少许斑片状、条索状高密度影。纵隔未见增宽，双侧肺门未见增大。心脏及大血管形态、密度未见异常。双侧膈面光滑，肋膈角锐利。

There is patchy and stripe high attenuation shadow in the lower lobe of the right lung,air bronchogram sign is present.

The thoracic cage is symmetrical.The mediastinum and trachea are in midline.The lung-markings runs naturally。The lung hila are not big.The mediastinum is not wide.The shape and size of the heart and great vessels are normal.The diaphragm is smooth and costophrenic angles are sharp.

考虑右肺下叶少许炎症，建议CT检查。

Pneumonia in the right lower lobe,chest CT is suggested.

一、语句解析。

右肺下叶见少许斑片状、条索状高密度影。

There be句型最好用，但是尽量别用或少用。

air bronchogram空气支气管征，这个征象在CT更确切一些，本文不太适用，如红色箭头，本文病情不重的。
